Medco E&P Natuna Ltd. (PMC) as QA/QC Lead for Terubuk Project

Terubuk Project is development project of Terubuk Offshore Oil & Gas Field located in Block B of the South Natuna Sea. The project scope mainly includes development of 2 Wellhead Platform (WHP) designed as Minimum Facility platform (MFP) with simple and robust technology allowing minimum manual operation and maintenance, a Subsea Pipeline End Manifold (PLEM), and subsea pipelines connecting the WHPs to Belida Drilling Production Platform.

In my role as QA/QC Lead, reporting to Terubuk Project Manager, I am responsible to develop and implement quality system during FEED, tender, and execution stage. I am also responsible to perform assessment to various fabricators and vendors prior to contract placement as well as review and manage quality system implementation at various fabricators and vendors, including of long lead items (40 packages) during fabrication / manufacture up to complete installation.

Medco E&P Natuna Ltd. (PMC) as QA/QC Lead for Belida Extension Project

Belida Extension Project is a development project of Malong and Belida Northeast (NE) fields located in Block B of the Natuna Sea. The project scope mainly includes development of 2 Wellhead Platform (WHP) designed as Minimum Facility platform (MFP) and subsea pipelines within the area.

In my role as QA/QC Lead, reporting to Belida Extension  Project Manager, I was responsible to develop and implement quality system during tender stage as well as execution stage. I was also responsible to review and managing quality system implementation at fabrication facility and various vendors, including of long lead items (15 packages) during fabrication/manufacturing stage up to complete installation.

ConocoPhillips (Grissik) Ltd.(PMC) as QA/QC Lead for Suban Compression Project (Feed, Tender& Execution Stage)

Suban Compression Project is a development of compression station within Suban Gas Plant (Onshore, South Sumatera) due to its field reservoir pressure decline in order to maintain the production plateau to meet existing Gas Sales Agreement and support domestic demand growth. The project scope mainly includes installation of inlet compression, fuel gas conditioning, additional inlet cooling, and additional power generation within the Suban Gas Plant boundary and additional utilities systems.

In my role as QA/QC Lead, reporting to Suban Compression Project Lead / Manager, I am responsible to lead quality department consisting of Quality Engineer, Site QC Coordinator, Certification Coordinator and various discipline and vendor inspectors in multiple locationsto implement a comprehensive quality system during project execution and to implement an effective inspection and testing strategy as well as monitoring contractor’s performance to ensure that the project outcome will meet project and operational requirements.

ConocoPhillips Indonesia (PMC) as QA/QC Lead for South Belut Development Project

South Belut project is a development of the Block B gas field, Natuna which comprising of 8 sub-sea wells, sub-sea pipe line and sub-sea control system, tie-in into an existing North Belut Platform. The scope will also include modification of North Belut Processing Platform to absorb and deliver South Belut gas production.

In my role as QA/QC Lead, Reporting to Corporate’s Project Quality Manager and South Belut Development Project Manager, I was responsible for all quality aspect within this project as well as monitoring contractor’s and subcontractors’ performance to ensure that the project outcome will meet project requirement. I was also responsible for leading quality department to implement a comprehensive quality system in relation with inspection and testing including product traceability and integrity and to work in line with entire project team to achieve project goals.

In my role as Technical Manager, reporting to General Manager, I am responsible for heading Technical Department with various tasks covering welding engineering, process design, research and development

In my role as Lead Auditor, reporting to Managing Director I am responsible to perform quality and process audit for the company both internal and external, including supplier and subcontractor qualification. This role would require me to liaise with all levels of company structure as well as visiting suppliers and subcontractors as required. In this role, I am also required to work closely and to provide assistance to QA/QC Manager in quality management system implementation.

During the period of September 2010 – February 2011, in parallel with the carried role, I was also requested to cover QA/QC responsibilities in vacant of the position.

November 2007 – February 2010 as QA/QC Manager, Lead Auditor and Management Representative (MR)

In my role as QA/QC Manager, reporting to General Manager and Managing Director, I am responsible for heading Quality Department in performing quality activities through projects in parallel with assuring quality system implementation and development both in projects and company operations. This role also requires me to provide continuous technical support and quality assistance to project and production team for continuous improvements.

In my role as Management Representative, reporting to Managing Director, I am responsible for representing company’s management for continuous development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s ISO 9000 accredited Quality System.

Nippon Steel Corporation is Engineering, Procurement and Construction Company based in Tokyo, Japan. South Sumatra – West Java Gas Pipeline Project is a project mainly consisting gas transportation pipelines (Onshore and offshore) transporting gas produced in South Sumatra to West Java up to customer locations.

PT Inti Karya Persada Tehnik in one of the lead national Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Company based in Jakarta specialised in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. South Sumatra Gas Development Project consists of three major packages. IKPT executed package 2 which includes development of Benuang Gas Compression Station, and multiple transportation pipelines from Benuang to Pagardewa; and Package 3 which includes development of Merbau processing station, Pagardewa Gathering Station and multiple flowlines from West Musi to Merbau.
